Die Entstehung der Simpsons
"Die Simpsons" sind die erfolgreichste Zeichentrickserie der Welt!
Ob als TV-Stars, als Spielzeugfiguren oder auf einem amerikanischen
Linienflugzeug, die Gelbste Familie der Welt findet sich überall.
Zum ersten mal traten die Simpsons als Kurzfilmreihe innerhalb der
in den USA sehr berühmten Tracey Ullman Show am 19.4.1987 auf. Seit
dem 17.12.1989 laufen die Simpsons auf Fox Network in ihrer jetzigen,
halbstündigen Version zur Prime-Time um 20.00 Uhr. Die ersten drei
Staffeln wurden von der Produktionsfirma Clasky-Csupo hergestellt,
die auch schon an den Tracey Ullman Show-Kurzfilmen gearbeitet haben.
 Die
späteren Staffeln wurden von Film Roman hergestellt, wobei beide Firmen
durch die Akom Production Company, Anivision und die Rough Draft Studios
in Korea unterstützt wurden. Laut Produzent und Regisseur David Silverman
dauerte die Produktion der Simpsons-Kurzfilme für die Tracey Ullman
Show etwa vier Wochen. Heute benötigt die Produktion einer Staffel
der Simpsons etwa sechs Monate.
